It's time to unleash hell, or maybe just a big dark lager beer. We've brewed some fun stouts this winter but now we want to focus on dark lager, but with a warming heavier alcohol content and big, bold flavors. Our Baltic Porter, Dante, hits that mark thanks to a blend of Munich and Pilsner malts with dashes of pale chocolate, crystal, and wheat malts.

This lager went through a rigorous step mash process and was balanced with light bitterness from German grown Spalter Select hops before going through a cold fermentation with our house lager yeast strain, 34/70. It will have a fuller body, but still have a light and dry finish thanks to our ingredient choices and brewhouse processes.

Molasses, dark fruit, chocolate, and just a hint of roastiness come through thanks to this complex malt profile.
