I mistook this for a friendlier sort of IPA when I took the first gulp. It is certainly quite hoppy but not so intense or bitter. Aromatic with pine and mango. Tastes of grilled peaches and a darker evergreen note with hard candy of some sort. Sudsy and sharp on the tongue. Overall this is a little over the top for a Pale Ale but think of it as a well-behaved IPA and it's quite good. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
