Collaboration with Ninkasi & Ecliptic
The choicest Cascade, Comet, Centennial and Citra hops were meticulously layered over a bed of delicate pilsner and malted wheat for an extremely crushable Pale Ale. Notes of lemon lime, pineapple, cannabis and a hint of rose petals can be found in the beer.

16-ounce can purchased at ABV Public House iin Hillsboro, OR. Date stamp reads "04/03/26 LETS RIDE!". Enjoyed in a Living Häus-branded small Becher glass.
The body is sunstone yellow, with a loose head of white foam that departs quickly and leaves minimal lacing. The nose is bright and clean, with notes of lemon-lime soda, grapefruit peel, and cannabis. The flavor opens with a fleeting glimpse of sweetness followed by a burst of grapefruit peel, lime zest, a bit of pineapple, and a tentative suggestion of crackery malt. There's really not much else there. Bitterness is moderate, but it dominates by entering early and staying late. The aftertaste is pink grapefruit seltzer, lemon peel, and a whiff of weed. Super-light-bodied with zippy carbonation.
Overall, it's crisp and refreshing and pretty one-dimensional. I couldn't tell you what the wheat brought to the table. A little tropical or pine character, or even a smidge more malt, would make this a much more enjoyable beer.
