Lesser-Known Beer Co

Brewed in August of 2024 with an unadorned blend of Pilsner malt and oats. Initially fermented with WLP565 in an open rectangular vessel and then transferred to several wine barrels of different origin to complete its fermentation. After five months of conditioning, a small amount of our cultured "Wizard Mix" was added to each wine barrel to shift the arch of transformation. One barrel in particular was selected for its captivating composition. This is that beer, and upon enjoyment will express a subtlety of character, a facility for complexity, and a simplicity of yum.
