Pours murky yellow with relatively white head. Good amount that dissipates fairly quickly. The nose is smoked ham all the way. Wow. Never smelled anything like it. Lemon cake, a bit of sourness, and some funk. Salt. The taste is sour, smoke, lemon, candy, vanilla, bread, ham, tree bark, leather, tart, and some funk. Amazing. The mouthfeel is fairly light and dry, with a sour aftertaste. Incredible beer.
