A: Pours a clear amber/brown color. A small white head tries to form, but recedes to nothing in a second.
S: Grainy, musty, sweaty sock aroma. What in the world? Not much else and not appealing at all.
T: That mustiness is not as apparent taste wise. Instead, just cereal grains and cooked corn, a bit of a mineral quality. Almost nothing else that I can pick out.
M/O: A light body with moderate carbonation. This is not clean at all. Not something I want to come back to at all either.
A very poor attempt to make a Negra Modelo clone. I would much rather have that, than whatever this is from Tejas. They have had obvious brewing issues, that even my amateur tastes can pick out in almost everything I tried.

Crystal clear, dark copper, literally no head.
The only detectable odor is of mineral water.
The taste is very surprising since the virtual lack of scent. I get some Pilsner malt, light caramel, and roasted malt. They seem to be in the correct proportion, it’s a little on the sweet side. Not sure what style I’d call this, it’s a little like a bock but not. To me, it’s like an American amber lager with less hops. It has a medium heavy mouthfeel, but it finishes slightly dry so it’s not sticking to the roof of your mouth. It’s good, not really crushable in the summer heat but it was something different. It’s well made and not offensive.
