I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a pilsner glass.
Appearance: dark golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of dark ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a good caramel character and just a dash of biscuit. Nice.
Taste: biscuity malt that is a bit on the sweet side, along with a light bitterness. It’s too biscuity for my taste, but otherwise a good example of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I think this beer is good quality, but it is just too biscuity for my palate.
