On top at the brewery.
Straw to yellow and color with a nice fluffy white head. Good retention, leaving scattered layers of lacing.
Nose is a really nice cornucopia of citrus notes that are bright, but still leave room for a little bit of stone fruit and a hint of grass and wood.
Flavor goes a little deeper. Definitely shows the citrus off first, but then it goes into apricot, green grass, and some peach. There’s also a subtle hint of like a dry, almost earthy, light wood.
Mouthfeel has a nice fluff to it.
