Coco Nocte is our Nocte imperial stout base that we rest on cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and a weighty dosage of toasted and raw coconut. The result, of course, is a profoundly decadent stout with a dense mouthfeel and balanced sweetness from the coconut, softness and depth from the vanilla beans, and baked chocolate cake and tannin support from the cacao nibs. The interplay between the lightly-roasty and warm base stout and these adjuncts is something magical that we get very excited about whenever we endeavor to make Coco Nocte.
