Imperial stout aged 18 months in bourbon barrels then rested on little cinnamon and sugar dusted cereal pieces. Collab with Stacks Bar and Grill.

Appearance - The beer poured a Sarabee black color with tiny bubbles, clinging to the sides of the glass.
Smell - nose had cinnamon and light notes of chocolate and booze.
Taste - the cinnamon was obvious at the front. But then, it was like drinking wet toast without a weird chunky body. The French toast profile was complimented by light barrel notes. The cinnamon was well balanced, and did not burn my esophagus. It lingered nicely.
Mouthfeel - The body was thick, but it was not like drinking cement.
Overall - I am not sure if I liked this one or the original better. I like them both a lot.
