Authentic Czech pils that is brimming with flavor. This version is a slight bit more body and imparts a slight bit more floral/hoppy flavor than other Czech pils that I've had, but it works great! Definitely give it a try.

Tasted at the taproom restaurant in Waco.
Light gold color with excellent clarity and at column of fluffy head that stands well above the beer. Hop aromas of spice and lemongrass. Gentle flavors of bready malt and lemony citrus with herbal hops. Light to medium body with creamy carbonation. Medium hops bitterness with unobtrusive alcohol presence. This beer is gentle and understated while still managing to be tasty and interesting. Bravo!
