"walk the stars" is a double dry-hopped hazy double india pale ale brewed with oats and premium pilsner malt, and hopped with mosaic, motueka, and strata.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and a lemony-orange citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a medium-bodied bodied hoppy bitter finish. Good stuff!

Waterworld haze w/ the promise of blockbuster head, only to leave sparse lacing in the air and Kevin Costner clinging to overhyped ticket sales. Aromas of sea salt, blueberry, lime, cannabis, & slight oxidation. The saddest part is that the blueberry & lime can't play nicely. They're at war like Sodom & Gomorrah. Taste follows, albeit w/ a bit more nuance & balance. Notes of orange peel, pear, and stone fruit. The finish is prickly up front, somewhat creamy mid-palate to finish, yet finishes dry. This might be the best aspect of this beer. While "walk the stars" might pucker and strut like Eric from the renowned Netflix series "Sex Education," it still clings to the pragmatic hopes & dreams of its heroin, Otis.
