my very first beer from these guys, who seem to be making a name for themselves, i love the branding across the board and think these looks sharp, serious beer but unpretentious, which i find refreshing, so well done there. this is really good beer, simple as it gets but dialed in masterfully, very impressive, dry and drinkable, light but not minimal, lots of character from this floor malted pils, and with a nice back end hop kick from the saaz, nice proportions, insanely fresh, could drink ten of these happily. bright yellow from the tap but not perfectly clear, bubbly lasting inch of white head, very active. aroma of noble hop spiciness with a little lime and cut grass in play, fresh crackery pils malt with a lot of minerality to it, very dry to me overall, quick lager yeast very patiently done, brisk and snappy and balanced, really nice contributions from all the elements, and the flavor is even brighter than the nose, i love this malt complexion, seems obvious that this was decocted and all, and the hops start gentle and ramp up through the swallow, high carbonation and a light body make it very thirst quenching, and the overall quality is major, just executed at an elite level, obvious right away. the texture is amazing, soft and easy but not thin at all, full grain character from the mashing and so nicely lagered, it snaps and pops, beautiful, springy with the hops too, lightly floral late before the bitterness sets in, fits the season really well. outstanding beer, so much with so little, i love that, and it makes me real eager to try more of these stuff. wow level pils here, deeply delicious, could easily be a daily drinker for me...

High and alive. Alive and high. Like a Billy goat at the top of the mountain, to playing with the devils tail in hell, deep breaths brings me there like rolling around the London Eye.

Clear yellow-amber brew with abundant foam in the GameCraft Pilsner glass. Aroma of toast with alfalfa. Lively on the tongue with some malty body. Warm and toasty with a resiny finish. Flavors of bitter greens and bread. SLightly sweet to start, than clean and sharpish. This is a more austere but also more interesting Pilsner with a distinct hoppy bite. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's.
