Amber brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Aromatic in the grapefruit and lemon zone. Moderately sweet but mostly hugely hopped with citrus flavors. It's interesting for some sipping but gets tiresome. Does not at first seem as strong as most other DIPAs, but it catches up with you and it is hot in the throat. Grapefruit aftertaste. Overall this is an average strong hoppy brew with a severe slash of citrus rind from start to finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 11/25/25.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, Simcoe hoppy, a hint of citrus, and a hint of Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean, but slightly malty, citrus, and a piney-dank hoppy bitter finish...lingers a little on the back of the throat. This one leans more towards an old school westie with the noticeable malt profile and the pronounced IBUs on the backend IMO. Drinks almost like a Pliny! Good!
