Clear amber brew with ample foam in the New Belgium snifter. Quite sudsy and sharp on the tongue. Aroma of lime, alfalfa, and garden soil. This is quite resiny and green tasting. Flavors of under-ripe fruit and a mineral finish. Plenty bitter and then some. This is drinkable enough, but on the austere side. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 12/26/23.
