Crystal clear, golden yellow brew, with abundant foam in the Petrus goblet.Aromas of apricot and orange. Just slightly sweet with a tangy finish and a moderate bitter aftertaste. Flavors of the usual gang of citrus, but not overpowering. Touches of unripe apricot and cucumber. Finishes with a green melon rind taste. Fragrant to the last sip. Finally a beer that lives up to it's name! A happy hoppy beer for sure. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 02/05/24.
