Clear golden brew with abundant foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Light aroma of cereal with that interesting hint of citrus. Sudsy and sprightly on the tongue. Rather rich flavors, surprisingly, with grain and a just a hint of orange and lemon. There's a slight toasted flavor that segues into the bitterish aftertaste. Overall this is a delicious light Lager with plenty of flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated.
