Super dry pale rice lager made with premium pilsner malt and rice, and gently hopped with peacharine.

Clear yellow brew with a tall pile of foam in the GameCraft Pilsner glass. Mildly aromatic with apricot and alfalfa. There is a pleasant hoppy note that adds a touch of astringency to the finish. Sudsy mouthfeel. Then a peculiar old orange taste comes on with straw with citrus in the nose. Alright, if the hops are Peacharine then pick your own fruit. Overall, this is an interesting example of an American Rice Lager, but the hops become overbearing and there is very little malt or rice flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated
