Clear bright golden color with abundant foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Fragrant with green melon, and orange blossom in the nose. Crisp and spritzy on the tongue. Not at all sweet. Tastes of lime peel with a moderate but distinct bitterness. It's a very green flavor overall. This is robustly hopped, but it's quite drinkable and pleasing. Dated 6/18/25, so less than a month in the can.
