Tap pour at The Silver Stamp. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Hazy, straw colored body. Fine bubble white head that reduces to thin cap and high clinging ring. Leaves behind torn sheets of lacing.
Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, plus some pepper.
Taste is sweet, fruity, and a touch of spice. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, white wine, and a black pepper note. Vibrant but nuanced. Aftertaste allows for full enjoyment of all flavors.
More than medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth. Spice aspect but with low bitterness. Very good carbonation.
Full hop flavors that linger.
