Snuck over to Seek Beer Company for a quick flight before heading to North Park. It was my third time going to Seek and I liked their offerings each time. This was the first time I purchased cans, though. Picked up a can after previously giving a 5-oz. taster on Aug. 17 a 4.25 and writing “Lovely. Initially a 4.35.” Description was “Fruited sour strawberry, banana and orange.”
Poured a light amber reddish murky color with one finger of frothy off-white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent pulpy lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled strawberry, banana, orange, guava, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pear and apple. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. In order got strawberry, banana, strawberry banana yogurt, orange, citrus pulp, guava, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pear and red apple. (Taste - 4.50)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, creamy, fruity finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Even better than the first time I had it. Loving that pulp. (Overall - 4.50)
