Poured from 330mL bottle into a wine glass. Best by 10/30/22. The label calls this a "wheat based cherry specialty beer".
Appearance: moderately hazy pink hue with a finger of frothy pink foam atop. Although head retention isn't perfect, I really really like the color.
Smell: there's some nice cherry in there but also a little something piquant that isn't quite welcome. Not terrible, but the lightly sour (but not in a good way) note has me worried.
Taste: I needn't have worried; the tartness is appropriate and there's no off-flavor here. There's a good, natural-feeling cherry flavor here (the beer is made with cherry concentrate), and though it's a tad tart it's definitely very tasty.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a reasonable carbonation.
Overall: I like the flavor of this beer a lot, though I am still on the fence about the aroma. It's tart and refreshing and, being a cherry lover, I'm all about it! I'm even reappraising the aroma -- not perfect, perhaps, but not so worrying.
