A blend of young foeder table saison and a golden mixed-culture base that aged 24 months in barrels, then refermented with gently crushed Gewürztraminer grapes from the Similkameen Valley.

Poured on tap at Threefold in Vancouver. Pours a lovely semi-transparent yellow with lovely white fluffy head. The nose is full of white grapes an funk. Some lemon. The taste is fantastic. Vibrant grapes, white wine, citrus, funk, tart, and sour candy. A bit of warheads going on. Lovely beer.
