A mixed grain saison fermented with our expressive house mixed culture, and dry-hopped with Motueka and Blanc. Tropical, bone dry, and slightly funky.

Draft at the brewery
Nice foamy creamy head, good lacing and retention, very hazy blond straw color
Nose big doughy gristy malt and wheat, hint of fruity spicy rye I think, lemony, lemongrass, generic citrus fruit, white wine thing, faint phenol spices
Taste big white wine blanc, grape skin, little lemony and lemon grassy, mild phenol spices and fruity esters, citrus, rind, doughy grainy gristy malt and wheat, mild to fair bitterness increasing in the dry finish
Mouth is med bod, decent carb
Overall interesting fun beer, good base raisin and nice hops
