Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival a fine one finger head was present on a golden clear body with some nice lazy carbonation. Head eventually dissipates to just a ring around the glass. Pretty decent for a lager but nothing stand out.
Aroma is light clean and slightly bready. A slight pilsner yeast character is present as well as some nice traditional hops. Not as pungent or spicy as a pils and very easy drinking. Mostly malt forward but a bit light
Taste follows the aroma but brings some nice malty and slightly spicy floral flavor a bit of bitterness but quite smooth and clean. Some slight yeast character but it is quickly overwhelmed by a bready malt.
Feel is dry but full bodied with a mouthcoating maltiness. A good lunchtime sipper. Easy drinking and a good clean lager.
Overall an enjoyable drinking beer with a nice pilsner like mouthfeel, however it is leaning more towards an American craft lager. Nice and crowd pleasing and much better than any macro lager I've had.
