12oz tap at Nouvelle.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Thin finger of white, tight foam head. Leaves tendrils of lacing.
Aroma of yeast and apple and citrus fruit.
Taste has the yeast tang, with flavors of apple, lemon, and apricot. Short lived aftertaste.
Medium plus mouthfeel. Fizzy on the tongue, Slightly dry. Very good carbonation.
Crisp, refreshing, and thirst quenching (after spending a few hours at the MN State Fair). Great session beer.
