Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It's a pale, pastel orange color with a creamy, milk-white head and thick, soapy lacing. The smell is subdued lemon, lime, and a whiff of stone fruit. Its taste opens with tart citrus: lemon, lime, and grapefruit but as it warms in the glass there are balancing notes of peach and berry. The El Dorado hops provide clean bitterness throughout. This ale has a fairly lite mouth feel with pleasant carbonation and it's an easy drinker at 6.3% ABV. Overall, Kite and Key is a modest but tasty American IPA that is well-worth a taste.
