Deep, dark and complex malt flavors with notes of plum and molasses. Finishes dry and clean with a hint of espresso coffee.

Pint pour on draught at the brewery. The color is a dark cola with over a half finger of creamy, medium khaki head and very thick, long-lasting lacing. It's a pretty pour. The nose is rather subdued due to the temperature at which it was served. There is roasted malt, coffee, and some whiffs of plum and raisin. The taste is more coffee-forward than the nose would indicate. There is also chocolate and lots of earthy char, along with modest dark fruit sweetness and just a hint of molasses. It's smoky and bitter throughout. Quite flavorful. It has a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel with appropriate carbonation, and it may even drink above its 7.7% ABV. Overall, Dark Humor is a solid, well-crafted, Baltic. It's earthy and bitter in the best way.
