Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass. It is a crystal clear, golden honey color with a modest ecru head and clinging lacing. The nose offers lemon, grapefruit, berry, and floral and stone fruit notes. It is classic West Coast: dry and bitter with flavors of tart lemon, grapefruit, and pine sap. But the El Dorado hops add some berry and stone fruit, particularly as the ale warms a bit. The Cascade and Centennial contribute a bitter bite throughout. I really like the mouth feel - it is super crisp with appropriate carbonation, and the 7.7% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, I like this variant of Camper Van a lot. It would be an interesting side-by-side comparison.
