On tap at the source.
Pours a fairly clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crisp, spicy and peppery. Notes of citrus, rye, pink peppercorn and some yeasty hints.
Taste is very crisp with a distinct punch of pink peppercorn. Notes of rye, citrus, knäckebröd, yeast and apricot. Moderate bitterness and extremely refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific summer saison, incredibly refreshing and crisp.
