Love this brewery and this beer. Gave this beer a 4.25 on April 6 and remarked “Legit. A clear IPA that would sell out in minutes if it had haze.” Was excited to try it again with a full review.
Poured a pale-to-gold clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of off-white frothy head. Bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Outstanding spotty lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled Mosaic, Simcoe, mango, orange, passion fruit, fruit punch and tropical rind. (Smell - 4.25)
Juicy is right on the taste. Mosaic, spicy Simcoe, passion fruit, orange, mango and tropical rind. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Spicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just as good as I remembered this beer. So damn good for a DIPA. (Overall - 4.25)
