Overall an excellent tasting beer. Not really my favorite looking beer; not much head and a fairly dull color. Smell is very tight and citrussy. Taste has a lot of dimensions, almost all of them great. Front has that citrussy flavor, middle has that great dry Mosaic feeling, and back is again citrussy with a more sour flavor. Feel is decent; isn't super smooth (and is a bit overcarbonated) but feels well-calibrated for a double hazy; neither too watery or overburdening with booze.

10 day old can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
A: Dirty murky bronze, not aesthetically pleasing.
S: Nose is a strange mix of bubblegum, papaya, and gym socks. The pleasant elements win, but the mind can't help but register and at times focus on the funk.
T: Fortunately taste features mostly the good elements of the nose. Limited bitterness and subtle astringency.
F: Mouthfeel is just OK, Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation,
O: Definitely not for my preferences and palate. I've found Gakaxy polarizing for my palate before, but never before both liking and despising elements of it in the same beer. This improves as it warms, but I still can't shake the gym socks aspects.

Had on tap. Very hazy orange body with a off-white head. Grapefruit pith, melon rind, peach, lemon and some dry piney hops. Taste is very dry, fruits are there with white pepper and general dankness. Body is too dry, thin, airy, but decently hopped. With that, I'm taking my palate to san diego

Certainly one of the cloudiest beers I've ever seen. Plenty of foam in the tall goblet. The aroma is lush and distinctive with waves of citrus peel . Flavor is dominated by candied grapefruit in the first sip. It's really sweet.
I think these Galaxy hops should be used with care. I just opened a can of Lord Hobo Galaxy, another one-hop. It's actually worse than the Pariah, but both feature that intense flavor of stewed, slightly spoiled fruit with a woody astringency. Aftertaste is quite hot and a little gunky in the back of the throat.
The Pariah is so crazily aromatic you can't help taking another sip, but it is a harsh hop hash. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market. Couldn't be fresher-- date on can bottom is 02/08/19.

Love Pariah and this one had me wanting to try it as soon as possible. Went over to start my vacation and used my free ticket that I got a few weeks back in a La Lotería game. Untappd description read, “India Pale Ale double dry hopped with Galaxy hops. Prepare your taste buds for the King.” Not the biggest fan of Galaxy, but a big fan of Pariah.
Poured a gold hazy color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. A few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class layered foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled Galaxy right away. Also melon, tangerine rind, passion fruit, dank pine and trash. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted a little better than the nose. Got Galaxy, melon, passion fruit, tangerine, dank pine, peppery spice, bitter citrus peel, pear and bubblegum. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, slightly spicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Really liked this beer. Another winner from Pariah. (Overall - 4.00)
