Holy crap, we’re 3 years old! Elevating Smylex to a DIPA to mark the occasion? Hell yes, Hopped to the nines with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Mosaic, you can expect notes of white grape, tangerine, lime zest and peach. On behalf of team Pariah, thank you!

Grabbed a can of this while waiting for a sandwich at Windmill Farms. Bine & Vine’s website called this “Holy crap, we’re 3 years old! Elevating Smylex to a DIPA to mark the occasion? Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Pretty calm underneath the head. World-class spiderweb foamy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled big Nelson, white grape, tangerine, peach, stone fruit, papaya, lime zest, Mosaic, guava, orange blossom and viney berry. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose for the most part. Big Nelson, white grape, tangerine, orange blossom, peach, apricot, stone fruit, papaya, Mosaic, guava, floral, viney berry and lime zest. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just a really solid hazy DIPA. I think I slightly underrated this overall. (Overall - 4.25)

Bought from Bine and Vine in San Diego, CA. 16oz beer. Canned 10/21/21, consumed 12/24/21. First real rating in a while. It has been a busy year and I just haven't felt as motivated recently.
A&S: Great-looking beer. Super muddy golden-colored beer. Half-finger of white head. A very thin layer of the head remains and specks of lacing is left. Some sediment. The aroma is great right as the beer is cracked, but fades a bit over time. Piney and citrus hops, light grains, and cloves.
T&M: The taste is quite underwhelming. The taste is good, but not very predominant. Major elements of the taste are peach, lemon and orange citrus. Lower levels of bitterness. Refreshing finish. The alcohol (8.2% ABV) is very, very well hidden. A touch watery but smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: taste being the weakest point isn't great, but its a solid beer all around.

Quite cloudy appearance with plenty of foam in the Jack Daniels "nonic." Light green melon nose. Brewed with dextrose. and a bunch of grains. Hops are listed as Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Mosaic, which should be a great hop mix. I think it's the sugar that gives it the icky edge. Nothing like sweet and bitter herbs to create some rumbling by the taste buds.
Flavors are pineapple, white cake, a touch of coconut, and old oranges. Finishes with grape skins and a mineral aftertaste. This is so sweet and slippery. Seriously in the New England style which also mucks up the hop flavors. From the 16 oz can dated 2-14-2020.

Had on tap. Somewhat cloudy light wispy orange body with a white cap. Papaya, pineapple, white grape, banana, pear, peach, tangerine, lime, and lychee all in the nose, very vibrant, but not overly potent. Taste steps up the potency but the complexity is dulled slightly. Still, best beer had at the brewery, hops cut in better in taste, but still present in smell. Feel is swirling with hops and fruity juiciness, medium bodied.

Single can from Bottle Craft Liberty Station in San Diego - Pariah’s 3rd anniversary release.
Pours a milky hazy golden yellow with finger of slightly off white head.
Aroma is an amazing mix of tropical fruit, ripe peach, tangerine, with notes of grape; slightly dank.
Tastes of sweet tropical fruit - a touch of lime zest, green grape, a bit of peach at the back that fades as warms - no distinct bitterness.
Creamy smooth medium full mouthfeel, moderately carbonated - the 8.2% ABV is well hidden.
Fine hazy DIPA, though think I still prefer a nice old school west coast version f the style.
