We get aromas of pungent earthy citrus accompanied by rich expressions of papaya, melon, mandarin orange, and stone fruit on the palate. I Know You Like’em Extra Hoppy is a result of our continuous refinement towards intensely flavorful yet well balanced beers. We hope you enjoy because we certainly did make it extra hoppy for ya!

Had purchased this once before but ended up giving a can to Sam on a shipment so I ended up getting one the next time I could. I’m a big fan of Pariah beer (even the ones that are practically rated perfect on Beer Advocate - wink, wink). Untappd description was “What you’re holding is a Pariah double IPA featuring intense kettle and dry-hop doses of deliciously tropical American hops. Poured a medium golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky white head. Pretty calm underneath with just a few bubbles coming up. Outstanding spotty lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled floral, perfume, papaya, guava, apricot, mandarin orange, orange peel, nectarine, melon and stone fruit. No mention of hops but I’d think Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria may have been involved. Better on the nose out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose, in order papaya, guava, apricot, nectarine, mandarin orange, orange peel, floral, perfume, stone fruit and melon. Still was thinking Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria at least for hops. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Just an outstanding hazy DIPA. (Overall - 4.00)

I liked this enough to get a keg or two when it was out. What I like most about it, was how it made me feel relaxed, almost sleepy. Great for insomniacs.
