2015 vintage. 375ml corked and caged bottle served in a tulip. Pours a lovely orange-gold with a dense, 2.5 inch bright white head that settles into a rocky, ski slope of a head with delicate, textured strands of lacing coating the walls of the glass and exhibiting excellent retention. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in solution. Nose is consistent with the standard Dupont offering - grassy notes, belgian yeast and a light peppery/spicy quality; not really getting the dry-hopping in the nose. Taste consistent with nose; however, there is a light hops character present in the flavor profile which expresses itself as herbal and slightly medicinal. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a slightly creamy texture. Overall, not much different than the standard offering; however, a trace more complexity. Quite pleasant and enjoyable.

Poured from a 1 pint 9.4 ounce corked and caged bottle into a Shaker pint glass, the cork has "2015" on it.
APPEARANCE: pours a beautiful, hazy, straw color with three fingers billowing off-white head, world class retention, highly carbonated, bountiful lacing on the glass, does not get much better than this.
SMELL: the smell is understated, bread, banana and apricot.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet sugar and bread then banana and some fruity notes of apricot.
PALATE: medium body and highly carbonated.
OVERALL: this is an excellent Saison, I enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone who enjoys the style, if I can ever find this again would not hesitate to purchase again.

Yields a cloudy orange color with a gigantic, fluffy white head.
Offers a nice interplay on the nose between a vegetal, noble hop profile and the famous Dupont yeast, showcasing warmed pepper, anise, a floral freshness, pleasantly enhanced by the hops, wild honey and a bright sweetness.
Has a high, effervescent carbonation which surprisingly enough remains pleasantly soft on the palate. Its body is utmost refreshing while including a broad flavor spectrum, ranging from spicy sweet to fruity dry - very convincing while never pushing too far.
Tastes of cardamom and black pepper from the very beginning, effectivly soothed by silk yeast. Noble, dry hops follow immediately, adding perfectly to the spices, inviting an earthy cinnamon whiff to the grass. Brings dried orange peel to the tongue, which vanishes in the clean finish in favor of the dry hops.
Even nicer than the original, due to the dry hops, which are equally well pronounced as the yeast.
