Never been much of a saison guy but that doesn't stop me from trying. And boy, am I glad I tried this...
This is quite possibly the best saison I have had to date - dark, unfiltered saison with floating particles that must be adding something to the deliciously sweet smell and malty taste. The mouthfeel was overly carbonated, too astringent for my liking, but not entirely detracting from the overall experience. Yea, I say thee, this is one heck of a saison...

Bottle 0.33L.
Hazy golden body with a huge, creamy, white head, fully lasting with very nice lacing; very high density of tiny particles.
Moderate-to heavy malty (bread, grain) and hoppy (flowers, citrus) aroma with some fruity notes.
Moderate-to-heavy sweet flavour with a moderate acidic character; very light bitterness in the finish.
Dry body with an oily texture; lively carbonation; moderate astringency in the finish.
