Bright gold with a bright white 1F head. Pine is dominant on the nose, with faint floral notes. Mainly hop bitterness in the taste with some pine and the faint floral. Kind of thin body with a higher carbonation than I prefer. Needs a bit more heft. Not bad, but just kind of a one note, light bodied IPA.

Had this beer on tap at a local pizza place.
Poured into a shaker pint. Slightly hazy bright yellow color with good white head and nice lacing. Pleasant fruity/piney smell and taste. Pineapple and a bit of dankness. Not a bad IPA but not remarkable.

A: Pours with a slight haze, that clears up in a minute. A pale golden/yellow color. With a one finger white head, some lace is left behind.
S: A simple nose, but not bad at all. Pine resin and grapefruit. While not bad, just overly simplistic.
T: Again, that pine resin and grapefruit is up front. Even a touch of peach fruity flavors, that becomes a bit sweet. A light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A light to medium body, and moderate carbonation. Considering the pine resin character, I was thinking this would have a bit more body to it. Seems just a bit on the light side to me. Though does finish dry. Though, I can come back to this with ease.
An above average IPA for sure. It is a bit simple. While I have always preferred subtlety, this just seems simple. Not a complaint, but keeps this from being a really great example of the style IMO. They are brand new, and this is good. So, I'll be sure to get more, and see if this grows on me more. Even saying that, nothing wrong with it.
