Pretty damn fine looking brew, golden tinges to a sunset orange, clear with a pretty good head and some pretty good lace.
Hopped solely with chinook, pretty good choice for a session hop, actually. I might have to try a brew like this one, ABV about 5 with straight chinook, some crystal for body, and a mix of Munich 10 and 2-row. At least that's what I am envisioning.
Menu says 26 IBUs, and the flavor coincides with that beer-related factoid. Plenty of late hops used tho.
A very fine session APA. And screw it, session is re-defined as "5-ish or less."
