From the 22 oz bottle in a snifter. This excellent but sad end
to a great brewery pours a murky orange tinged brown with a
nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin frothy layer,
and sports some nice lacing. Nose of pineapple, pine, rich caramel,
and floral hop notes. Flavors show a deft of brewing. Tropical
pineapple, mango, and floral honey are poured over pine
touched hops amid layers of buttery caramel and touches
of butterscotch. Very nice mouth feel; medium body, light
carbonation, and a smooth pine and tropical fruit
tinged finish.

Overall, a triumph of brewing as well as a sad realization
that I will not get to have any more of these fine brews.

Cheers
