Wassail is an American brown ale brewed with ginger, coriander, and lavender

Brewpub exculsive.

appearance: copperish, dark complexion

smell: sublte aromas, some roasted malt and some chocolate. some hops but light.

taste: typical brown ale with sublte mulling spices. hard to pick up what they brewed in the ale. some hops bitterness on the backend. I could not detect ginger, coriander, and lavender but there was a different flavor profile than a regualr brown ale.

mouthfeel: medium bodied

drinkability: not bad, decent brown ale session. not sweet like I thought,
