I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery in Priest River.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just a little haze and a finger of creamy white foam leaving a nice lace as it dissipates.
Smell: a little sweet and caramelly; not complex but enticing. There’s only so much you can do with the style.
Taste: lightly sweet malt with a bit of an earthy/noble hop character. There’s nothing super groundbreaking or complex here, but it’s a very solid golden ale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a solid warm-weather, easy-drinkin’ golden ale. It hits the spot.
