Appearance: Hand-pulled from the cask, the beer arrives clear tea color with a nitro head; strong retention and spots of lacing
Smell: Earthy and nutty tones
Taste: Earth and nutty with a mild bitterness developing; tea flavors in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with gentle carbonation
Overall: An excellent mild off the beer engine
