Herbaceous / Lemony / Thirst-quenching / Malty
Pale Ale, of British origin, was brewed in the early 19th century from "Pale" malts. It was a real feat at the time to dry this malt without turning it black! The use of "Ale" yeast gives it a malty flavor and roundness.
Our Pale Ale combines two malts and two American hops that delicately bring herbal and slightly lemony notes.
It is subtly bitter, delicately aromatic, and above all, thirst-quenching. 28 IBU.

I'm not totally keen on styling this is an English Pale Ale, but I go with it because UnTappd did.
I drank this with a nice quinoa salad. The second course contained the most butter possible in a pasta cheese ravioli. Yet Princesse cut through it pretty well, so it is a decent table ale.
She Looked pretty in the glass also, but average aromatics. Balanced. And medium-mouthed, hefty enough to cut through the fat.
Only my second from Biere Georges, I do give them good Overall Hugs as I want to encourage brewing for traditional wine kitchens. A Sante'!
