Crisp, low-alcohol saison with notes of citrus, wild flowers and a touch of coriander with a bright, effervescent finish.

Pint consumed at the source.
Golden amber color, with a little bit of chill hazed. Decent sized off-white head. When agitating the glass, lace is spotty and short-lived.
Nose was of spicy Belgian yeast and tart, lemony citrus.
Flavor was dominated by the sharp, tart, lemongrass-like citrus notes noted in the nose. The Belgian yeast notes noted along with it doesn't stand out nearly as much here as there. Finishes quite crisply.
Light bodied and crisp in the mouth feel department.
If you like saisons, this would be a nice session beer, as it's pretty easy drinking stuff and pretty low impact in the ABV department. Too bad it's a cold and wet autumnal day, as this would've made a great beer for Uprise's patio.
