Pours an unclear amber with fluffy, soapy head.
Smell is malty and a bit funky with notes of brown bread, citrus, yeast and crackers.
Taste is a bit tart and funky with a bready base. Notes of citrus, citrus peel, brown bread and brett. Soft bitterness and hints of pepper and grass.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall,a really weird beer. It's like crossing a saison with a bitter. If I didn't know about the wild yeast I would assume there was something wrong with it, but it works well.
