Flowers of the Sky is our fresh hop hazy pale ale brewed with a base of pilsner malt, flaked oats and flaked barley. We hopped Flowers of the Sky with Strata, Comet and Galaxy in the kettle and fermented it with our house kölsch strain. Flowers of the Sky was then dry hopped with more Strata, Comet and Galaxy, and finally cold-infused with an insane amount of fresh Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm.

16oz can dated 09/03/24. Bought it at Beer Junction a few hours ago. How was this beer added three months ago?
Pours a moderately hazy light yellow, medium sized head that settles into a thick skin. Smell is gorgeous. Tons of floral fresh hop resin. Smells like a hop field.
Taste is similar -- hop heavy, bright floral and resin, citrus rind bitterness. Not extremely well-supported from the malt base.
Mouthfeel is on the thin, almost watery side. Overall...wow it smells good, but wow I wish it had a bit more malt backbone to support it.
