Nearly clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. Pleasant aroma of grain with a whiff of mustard greens. Grainy and rough-hewn. Light body. Some winey notes, modest Belgian character. The yeasty flavors emerge along with the dry finish. An interesting beer for the lower alcohol content but on the rough side. From the 16 oz can purchased at town Y Country market in Shoreline. No apparent date.
