Can: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes and light hay notes. Taste is a mix of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes with some light hay notes and a super dry finale. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed saison.
