On tap at Raymond Avenue Brewing.
Beautiful pour. Copper to gold in hue. Fluffy white head asserts almost an inch but quickly surrenders. The slight ring that remains leaves light lacing.
Nose has a dry bitter leaning hint of citrus rind and a wet grain note. Subdued.
Flavor is as much as the nose hinted, in substance and quantity.
Mouthfeel is light, low carbonation and finishes lightly dry.
