On tap at Raymond Avenue Brewing Co.
Gorgeous pour. Amber tinged gold in color. Fluffy white head of tight, tiny bubbles forms an almost milky foam cap. Decent retention with scattered clumpy lacing.
Nose carries a nimble current of orange zest, wet hay, and a grain note that is both crackery and a tad peppery.
Flavor brings the same notes as above but allows for a hint of grass, honey and a slight herbal and spicy note along the lines of Tettnanger hops.
Mouthfeel is smooth, almost crisp, and ahas a slow mildly bitter finish. Medium carbonation
